With 17 years of experience in Greater New Haven and Upper Fairfield County real estate, Chris brings a results-driven approach to every transaction. Chris has extensive expertise in sales, marketing, market analysis, listings, downsizing, expanding, first-time buyers, and investment properties.  She is known for delivering strategic insight and strong outcomes for clients at every stage of their real estate journey.
 
A Certified Negotiation Expert, Chris is an active member of the New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and Smart MLS. This professional network, combined with deep market knowledge, allows Chris to expertly guide clients through complex transactions with confidence.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and has completed master’s-level coursework in Muslim, Christian, and Judaic Studies at Hartford Seminary. Prior to a career in real estate, Chris worked as an Inside Sales and Paper Mill Production Coordinator at Georgia-Pacific and as an Analytical Chemist in Research and Development at Boehringer Ingelheim—experiences that contribute to a detail-oriented and analytical approach to real estate.

Deeply committed to the community, Chris is involved with the Woodbridge Rotary Club (Paul Harris Fellow), the Network of Executive Women, and the Amity League of Women Voters.

Chris lives in Woodbridge with her husband, Marc, and is the proud parent of three adult daughters: Kim, Madeline, and Jae.
